The Compliance Team provides guidelines and standard operating procedures for the foundation, its state, and local affiliates.
The Media Team is in charge of the foundation’s public relations. Content strategy and production is also a part of the media team’s responsibility.
The Management Information Systems Team supports the foundation decision-making and operational efficiency through data-driven insights.
The Outreach Team organizes grassroots campaigns to meet the political goals for the foundation, its state, and local affiliates.
The Policy Team builds the case for federal reparations and legislation for Black America by supplying advocacy tools for state branches and chapters.
The Training Team provides education and development opportunities for the foundation, its state branches, and local chapters.
